Rapid Invoice lets freelancers, contractors and small businesses create professional invoices and estimates, keep clients and items in one place, track what has been paid, and send a clean PDF from the phone. Available for iPhone, iPad and Android.

It helps if you include your device model, OS version and, for a bug, what you did just before it happened.
On your device only. There is no account and no cloud copy on our side. If you switch phones, restore from your iCloud or Google backup before deleting the app from the old one, or export the PDFs you need.
Fill in your business profile in the app's settings. Everything you enter there — name, logo, address, tax and bank details — appears automatically on new invoices and estimates.
Open the estimate and use the convert option in its menu. The client and items are copied into a new invoice; the original estimate stays in your list.
Open the invoice and record a payment. Paid and outstanding invoices are shown separately in your list and summed up in Reports.
Make sure you are signed in to the same App Store or Google Play account you bought with, then use Restore purchases in the app's settings. If that does not help, email us with the order number from your Apple or Google receipt.
iOS: Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions. Android: Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google.
Delete the app. Because nothing is stored on our servers, that removes everything. There is no account to close.
