Rapid Invoice (“the app”, “we”) is published by Zintex OÜ, Ahtri tn 12, Tallinn 15551, Estonia. This policy explains what happens to your data when you use the app on iOS or Android. The short version: your invoices, clients and business details stay on your device; the only thing that leaves it is what in-app purchases need to work.
Everything you create in the app — your business profile (name, logo, address, tax and bank details), clients, items and services, invoices, estimates, payment records and reports — is stored locally on your phone or tablet. It is not uploaded to any server of ours, and we cannot see it.
When you share an invoice or estimate, the app generates a PDF and hands it to the channel you choose (email, messaging app, AirDrop, files). What happens to it after that is governed by the service you sent it through, not by us.
Deleting the app deletes all of this data. If your device backs up app data to iCloud or Google, that backup belongs to you and is covered by Apple's or Google's privacy terms.
Purchases. In-app purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We receive a purchase receipt and an anonymous transaction identifier so the app can unlock what you paid for and restore it on a new device. We never see your name, email or payment card details.
Crash and diagnostic data. Apple and Google may send us anonymised crash reports and aggregate usage statistics if you have enabled sharing with developers in your device settings. These contain no invoice content.
That is the complete list. The app has no accounts, no sign-in, no ads, and no advertising or analytics SDK.
No account, no email address, no name. No advertising identifiers, no contacts, no photos beyond the logo you choose to add to your invoices, no precise location, no tracking of any kind. We do not show ads, we do not sell data and we do not build a profile of you.
The app asks for a permission only when you use the feature that needs it: the photo library or camera when you add a business logo or attach an image, and notifications if you turn on payment reminders. Reminders are scheduled and delivered on your device, not from a server.
Because your data lives on your device, you control how long it is kept. Purchase records are retained by Apple or Google under their own terms.
The app is a business tool and is not directed at children under 13 (or the age of digital consent in your country, if higher). We do not knowingly collect data from children.
If you are in the EU/EEA, UK or another jurisdiction with data-protection law, you have the right to access, correct, export or delete personal data held about you and to object to processing. Since we hold no personal data of yours on our side, the practical way to exercise these rights is to delete the app (for local data) and contact Apple or Google (for purchase records). If you have any question about this, email us and we will answer.
Any change to this policy will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Material changes will be announced in the app.
