These terms govern your use of the ResetBet iPhone app. By using the app you agree to them.
ResetBet is a self-help tracker. It lets you log urges, keep a streak, journal, and follow guided breathing exercises. It is not medical treatment, therapy, or professional advice, and it is not a substitute for any of them. Gambling addiction is a recognised disorder and often needs real support — from a clinician, a helpline, or a group such as Gamblers Anonymous. If gambling is damaging your health, relationships or finances, please seek that support.
ResetBet Premium is an auto-renewing subscription billed through your Apple Account at the price shown in the app before you purchase. Where a free trial is offered, the subscription begins when the trial ends unless you cancel first.
It renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel it in Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions. Payment is charged on confirmation of purchase and again at each renewal. Refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store terms; we cannot issue them ourselves.
Everything you write in the app stays on your device and belongs to you. We have no access to it and no copy of it. Because of that, we also cannot recover it if you delete the app or lose your phone.
Do not use the app to break the law, or to attempt to disrupt or reverse engineer it.
The app is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. Streaks, savings figures and insights are calculated from what you enter and are for your own reflection, not a guarantee of any outcome. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the subscription in the twelve months before the claim.
We may update these terms; the effective date above will change. Continued use after an update means you accept it.
