Invoices, estimates and receipts from your iPhone
Invoice Maker lets freelancers, contractors and small businesses create professional invoices and estimates, keep clients and items in one place, track what has been paid and send a clean PDF straight from the phone. Available for iPhone and iPad.
Questions, bug reports or feedback — email us and a person will reply, usually within two business days:
It helps if you include your device model, iOS version and, for a bug, what you did just before it happened.
On your device only. There is no account and no cloud copy on our side. If you switch phones, move your data with an iCloud backup or a direct device-to-device transfer before deleting the app from the old one.
Open Settings → Business profile. Your name, logo, contact details, address and bank details appear automatically on new invoices and estimates.
Open the estimate and tap Convert. It becomes an invoice with the same client and items and gets the next invoice number.
Tap the status label (Unpaid) on the invoice and choose Paid. Paid and unpaid invoices are filtered separately and summed up in Reports.
Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple Account you bought with, then tap Settings → Restore purchase. If that does not help, email us with the order ID from your Apple receipt.
On your iPhone open Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions, or long-press the app icon and choose Manage Subscription. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Refunds are handled by Apple.
Delete the app. Because nothing is stored on our servers, that removes everything. There is no account to close.
